Richard (Director)
Richard has lived in the Ilkeston area all his life, he has invested in property in the area for the past 20 years, full time as a professional property investor for the last 8 years. During this time Richard has gained hands on experience in all trades relating to property sourcing, developing and renovation projects. His knowledge of all aspects of the buy to let market is vast and regularly mentors other landlords (see testimonials page).
Richard is a member of the National Landlords Association and was recently called upon to take part and give his views in a Government audit of Erewash Borough Council Housing Benefit department.

Carol (Director)
Carol has gained a vast amount of experience in her ten years in the estate agency and lettings agency business. She has held senior positions in agencies both the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
More recently Carol is using her experience in lettings to help Richard Manage his multimillion pound property portfolio. Further to this they now feel they can offer a very different service to landlords compared to the traditional lettings agency service

Jon (Refurbs Manager)
Jon’s previous background was in the shopfitting industry, because of this, Jon realises the need to work to tight deadlines and bring repairs in on budget. He has looked after Richard’s portfolio for 2 years. All DIY repairs are carried out by John, with him allocating larger jobs to relevant tradesman, then checking the quality on completion. John’s likeable manner and flexibility, makes him popular with our tenants.

Jo (Senior Lettings Negotiator)
Jo has extensive experience in residential lettings including Houses in Multiple Occupation, Student Lets and Local Housing Allowance. Her responsibilities are viewings, referencing and property inspections within the business, along with dealing with general enquiries.

After a bad experience with another estate agent several years ago I had been trying to manage my 9 properties myself. Two years ago I was introduced to Richard Jones by my architect.
